1. General Provisions#

These Terms of Service ("Terms") define the rules for using the Bitspire website ("Website") operated by Bitspire ("Administrator"). By using the Website you accept the Terms.

2. Definitions#

Website – Administrator website presenting services and enabling contact.

User – person or entity using the Website.

Services – activities provided by Administrator (e.g. design, implementation, SEO, consulting).

Data – information provided by User via forms.

3. Nature and scope of Website#

The Website is informational and presentational. Materials do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code (unless indicated otherwise) – they are an invitation to cooperate.

Prohibition of providing illegal content or violating third party rights.

Data sent in forms are used to analyze needs and prepare an offer. User declares having rights to provided content and that it does not violate third party rights.

Terms (scope, schedule, remuneration) are established individually in contract or correspondence. Neither party is obligated to perform until conclusion.

Page layout, graphics, texts, source code and logos are protected. Copying or further distribution without Administrator consent is prohibited unless indicated otherwise.

8. Liability#

Administrator strives for stable and secure operation.

Does not guarantee uninterrupted access or complete error-free operation.

Not responsible for force majeure, external system failures or User actions.

9. Complaints#

Comments regarding Website operation can be reported to email from contact section. Complaint should contain problem description and contact details. Response will follow in reasonable time.

10. Personal data#

Personal data is processed in accordance with regulations and Privacy Policy. Rights include: access, rectification, restriction, deletion – as permitted by law.

11. Newsletter#

Subscription (if available) requires consent and can be ended via unsubscribe link in message.

12. Changes to Terms#

Changes may result from legal, technological or organizational updates. New content is published with date. Continued use = acceptance.

13. Final provisions#

In matters not regulated, Polish law applies. Competent court is Administrator headquarters (unless mandatory provisions state otherwise).
