1. Introduction#
This cookies policy ("Cookies Policy") explains how Bitspire uses cookies and related technologies (localStorage, script tags). This document is informational and does not replace the privacy policy.
2. Definitions#
Cookies – small text files stored in the user browser.
Session – deleted after closing the browser.
Persistent – stored for a specified time or until manual deletion.
Related technologies – localStorage, pixel, tag, analytics script.
Consent – voluntary, informed user action enabling selected categories.
3. Types of cookies used#
Necessary – handling basic functions (navigation, form security). Do not require consent.
Analytical – collecting anonymized data about traffic and interactions to improve performance.
Personalization – remembering preferences (e.g. selected language, interface).

4. Purposes of use#
Cookies help ensure security, measure performance, improve user experience and – with consent – conduct analytics and marketing activities.
5. Legal basis#
The basis for necessary cookies is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (ensuring functionality). For other categories, the basis is user consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which can be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
6. Managing consent#
Consent can be given or withdrawn via cookie banner or "Cookie Settings" in footer. Changes are saved immediately. Withdrawal does not technically remove all files – they can be manually deleted in the browser.
7. How to disable cookies in browser#
Popular browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) allow: blocking all cookies, blocking external, clearing history, private mode. Instructions are in manufacturer help sections. Disabling necessary cookies may limit site functionality.
8. Retention period#
Cookie lifetime depends on category and purpose: session (until browser closes), persistent (up to several months/year) or until consent withdrawal. Tool configuration details available on request.
9. User rights#
Access to data and information about purposes.
Rectification and restriction of processing.
Deletion (where appropriate) and objection to marketing.
